We define “Cider” not only as a word. It means true craftsmanship to us, that creates a pure, unadulterated taste. With a gentle hand for the natural fermentation of the freshly squeezed juice from different kind of apples we literally “read out” the correct time for bottling the Cider after a few weeks of pleasant anticipation. Every apple is slightly different in size and flavour and each harvest shows certain taste characteristics. This natural process creates elbler® “vintages”, in which the color or tasting is always different from production to production.
